We’re keen to hear your views on the future of energy across the South West, South Wales and the Midlands.
Next month we’re holding in-person and online events to find out what customers want from the electricity network.
Feedback from residents, businesses, local authorities, public bodies and charities will help shape our regional investment plans for 2028-33.
We want to know what matters most to customers when it comes to delivering reliable, affordable, and inclusive services.
Sarah Jeffery, Head of Community and Customer Engagement, said: “We are hosting a series of events to hear from regional voices about how and where we should be investing for the future.
“This feedback will help us shape a plan that targets investment in the right places and delivers a reliable, affordable and resilient network that supports homes, businesses and long‑term economic growth.”
