Terms of use - QuickPay

1.    NGED (National Grid Electricity Distribution) uses QuickPay, an electronic system of transfers and/or payments, to enable its customers to make payments to NGED on NGED's website. 
 
2.    By making a payment on our website using QuickPay, you are responsible for ensuring that all information required for QuickPay is accurate, valid and up-to-date in order to ensure proper authorisation of your payment. We will not be responsible for any payment processing errors or fees incurred if you fail to provide accurate information.
 
3.    If you believe you: (a) have made an overpayment, (b) have paid in error, (c) the service or product has not been provided, or (d) have a credit on your user account and you wish to request a refund please contact us in writing to tell us by sending an email to: nged.remit@nationalgrid.co.uk or by sending a letter to us at AR Payments Team, PO Box 231, Elliott Road, Plymouth PL4 0YU and we will review your user account for a refund. 
 
4.    We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible following our confirmation that a refund is due. We will make the refund by cheque or by reversing the original payment if payment was made by credit / debit card.  You will not incur any fees for receiving that refund. 
 
5.    Please note that if you are paying for a connection, this payment does not constitute acceptance of our quotation and you will still need to sign and return your acceptance form.
