Staying warm and safe during the storm
We know how difficult it can be without power during severe weather like this. To help keep you warm and safe, we're working with Warm Welcome to provide heated spaces across our area where you can access warmth, hot drinks, and a friendly welcome. You'll find opening times and locations listed below, along with their website for the latest information.
We understand how challenging these circumstances are for you and your families. Our teams are working round the clock to restore power as quickly as possible, but fallen trees and difficult access conditions could make repairs take longer than usual. Please bear with us - our engineers live and work in these same communities, with their own friends and family affected, so we're all in this together. Your patience and understanding mean everything to us as we work to get everyone reconnected safely.
Warm spaces & Welfare
Along with the list below, for your closest warm space we encourage you to check the Warm Welcome website for the most up to date information.
