Staying warm and safe during the storm

We know how difficult it can be without power during severe weather like this. To help keep you warm and safe, we're working with Warm Welcome to provide heated spaces across our area where you can access warmth, hot drinks, and a friendly welcome. You'll find opening times and locations listed below, along with their website for the latest information.

For customers experiencing longer power cuts, we're also providing welfare support including food trucks offering hot food and drinks in affected areas.

We understand how challenging these circumstances are for you and your families. Our teams are working round the clock to restore power as quickly as possible, but fallen trees, heavy snow, and difficult access conditions are making repairs take longer than usual. Please bear with us - our engineers live and work in these same communities, with their own friends and family affected, so we're all in this together. Your patience and understanding mean everything to us as we work to get everyone reconnected safely.
